It catches one’s attention very easily and the words printed on the plate makes the heads turn for notice. Everyone who feels that they have to be noticed will surely think of funny license plates. Now even private companies would think of it because the market is enormous and everyone these days feels that they have to unique. And one more reason to add towards it would be making people smile and laugh.
