Chapter 13 was best plan for me
I was in a debt since some time and decided to file for bankruptcy. My tacoma bankruptcy attorney advised me to file bankruptcy under chapter 13 plan. I was able to qualify for this chapter. I had made monthly payments. My first payment is 30 days due from the date I had filled my bankruptcy case. I can make payments to trustee for 60 months period. My case was complete at the time when I had completed to make all obligated payments. I was able to finish the payments in a less time as my debt is not much and was able to fresh start.
