Listening To My Call Recording
A few days ago I went in for my performance review at work, which ended up being a really good thing. I was nervous at first, because my last boss wasn’t the best at presenting constructive criticism. But my current boss is so much better! She had a Call Recording from a call I had taken, and asked me to critique it. I picked out some things I thought I could improve on, and then she suggested a few more. It was completely painless, and actually inspired me to do better out of wanting to do a good job, not out of fear.
