Loosing Fat and Metabolism
Losing body fat is not an easy task. It is highly dependent on the metabolism of a person. An individual might already be eating lesser than the normal recommended dietary intake but still end up fat for his height, while another individual gorges on a feast-of-a-meal all the time and still end up thin (Take note: thin, NOT fit). For this reason, people should consider consulting a physical fitness expert or even a doctor in order to have a systematic exercise program appropriate for his or her own needs. Another factor to consider when loosing body fat is your height. The amount of an individual’s body fat should be balanced or proportional with his height.
