The Renovations had to be Completed Before Opening for Business
On my next-door neighbor and his wife opened their bed-and-breakfast last fall, they had a full house. They were very excited to be able to own their own business. A bed-and-breakfast had always been a dream of his wife. They had to do some renovations before opening. They have bought an older house that had to have several repairs. One of the most important things that had to be done was the asbestos removal. It was very important to have the hazardous material removed from the building. There were too many health risks associated with asbestos and they did not want to risk the health of their customers.
