I own a west chester rental agency in New York and have been very lucky with all the apartments and condominiums that we show for rent. Most of our tenants take excellent care of the property and don’t complain very much because we make sure all the problems are fixed right away. I actually stay in one of the condo’s myself with my wife who collects all the rental payments. Last week one of the tenants called about a leak in the ceiling so I had the roofing company out in less than 24 hours. Keeping everyone happy makes my job a lot more pleasant and makes me happy too.
