Sleeping on silk.
I have spent most of my life sleeping on cotton bedding and have recentley made a move to silk. It’s the best move I ever made. I found silk bedding by reading an article about a silk bedding company called Silksleep. They are a specialist bedding company who specialise in silk pillowcases and silk duvets. Silk is an excellent conductor of heat and is great for both your skin and hair. I will never go back to sleeping on cotton bedding ever again. I can’t even imagine now sleeping on a cotton pillowcse instead of a silk one.
