Marriage Advice For Couples With Children
Research suggests that having children adds stress in the lives of almost 60% couples as with the arrival of a baby there is a sudden decrease in the quality time that couples get to spend together. The added pressure of new parenthood and lack of sleep often makes a serious dent in the relationship. So here is some free marriage advice which the couples can use to remain happy even after the arrival of their child:
Try to sneak in some time for yourself even after you have a child. It could be a 10-15 minutes of stroll that you two take together at the end of the day while pushing your baby in the stroller.
You two can plan a date night once a month when you hire a baby sitter or take the help of a relative and close friend while you have a quiet dinner together at your favorite restaurant.
Divide your responsibilities so that the entire burden of bringing up a child doesn’t remain with one parent. SO if one person changes diapers other can take the charge of feeding the baby. Sharing responsibilities will not burden one parent and will also help in strengthening the bond which the couples share.
