A few days ago, while I was absentmindedly listening to the 5:30 radio news on my journey home from shopping, I detected some news that genuinely caught my attention. The uninformed congressmen are blaming Payday Loan corporations for generating financial predicaments for the indigent and they strongly deduce that payday loan clients should be sheltered. I thought to myself, that maybe they might also target lenders that implement gigantic charges for overdrafts, telephone corporations that require late fees and fees to re-connect service, and large charge card businesses that out of the blue declare unjust rates of interest.
