Exercising With The Treadmill Trainer
Hey Yuri,I thought I would never enjoy exercising on the Treadmill Trainer, but now I find I could complete 2 sessions a day and find I have to pace myself and not get over zealous. Have always exercised, then I would get bored when I didn’t see results. I long for a slender body again, but since hitting the over 50 female syndrome my body likes holding on to the layers!! Maybe now something will happen, just about to start volume 2-whooppee. Have never run before for and can’t believe how enjoyable it is. Feel more energetic and positive. Have lost 6lbs since 30 April along with healthy eating I believe the combination of the two has sparked my metabolism into gear again.The last 4 minutes in Volume 1, felt so good and I felt thrilled I could do this. The time goes so quickly its over too fast. Starting Volume 2 today!!!
