Dish Network vs Direct TV in customer service is a big difference. When I call Dish Network for a problem, I don’t have to listen to a computer talking to me, I get to talk to a real person. Once I key in my information, I am linked to a real person. When I used to call Direct TV, it took me a long time to get someone because of their computer system. You have to scream at it for them to hear you. I just got fed up and called at another time. The next time I did call Direct TV, I had the same problem again.
